What it does

OpenProject Agent Engine is an open-source tool that connects AI agents to OpenProject, an open-source project management platform. It automatically assigns work packages (tickets) to agents, which then complete the work, open pull requests, and leave comments on the tickets.

The engine includes a QA review step where a code review agent checks the work. If the review passes, the pull request is merged and the ticket closed; if not, it is returned to the original agent for fixes. It is distributed via Docker Hub for easy deployment.
