Notion AI

What it does

Notion AI sits on top of an existing Notion workspace: it answers questions using your own pages, drafts specs and meeting notes, and fills database properties in bulk. The value is context - it knows your SOPs and supplier notes because they live there.

It is an add-on to a paid Notion plan, so it only makes sense if the team already runs on Notion. Output quality depends entirely on how well the workspace is maintained.

Standout features

• Q&A grounded in your own workspace pages
• Drafts and rewrites inside any page
• Bulk property fills in databases
• Meeting notes and action items
• Works across docs, wikis and projects
