ChatGPT is OpenAI's conversational assistant. For export teams it is the fastest way to turn a rough set of product specs into a clear English listing, a quotation email or a follow-up sequence, and to rewrite machine-translated text into something a buyer will actually read.

It handles long documents, so supplier PDFs and spec sheets can be pasted in and summarised. The trade-off is that answers drift between model versions, so anything customer-facing still needs a human read before it goes out.
